1. RESPECT THE FACILITY. RESPECT THE CRAFT. RESPECT OTHERS.
* This is a space built for serious training - treat it with the highest level of care. Do not disrespect the equipment, the facility, the members, or anything associated with the gym.
* Return all equipment, attachments, plates, accessories, etc. exactly where it belongs.
* Leave no trace: clean what you touch.
2. ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DISRESPECT
* Harassment, unsolicited advice, disruptive behavior, or excessive vulgarity will result in immediate suspension or termination.
* We don't tolerate toxicity, excuses, or ego trips. We do not do drama. PERIOD.
* This is a culture of accountability, respect, and positivity.
* Any kind of lewd conduct, inappropriate touching, or inappropriate commends will not be tolerated here. You will be terminated immediately.
3. NO ENTRY WITHOUT A MEMBERSHIP. 18+ ONLY.
* All members must be at least 18 years of age. Zero exceptions.
* This is a private training facility. No drop ins. No guests. No tag-alongs.
* Every person in this gym must have an active membership. No exceptions.
* Allowing non-members in will result in disciplinary action, termination and possible prosecution for theft.
* Memberships are available on our website, through the link on our instagram bio, or scanning the QR code found on the front door of the facility.
4. TRAIN WITH PURPOSE. MOVE WITH INTENT.
* No loitering, scrolling, or occupying space without intent.
* If you're here, you're here to train. PERIOD.
* Use equipment only as designed and designated -- this is not a playground. These machines are highly sought after, the best of the best, and will not be abused.
* Limit cell phone usage while in the facility. You're here to train, you're here to progress. You shouldn't be scrolling instagram occupying machines for countless amounts of time.
5. TIME IS PRECIOUS. LOCK IN.
* Be punctual. Be efficient. Be focused. Respect the time of others and respect your own time. We all get the same 24 hours. Capitalize on the time you're here.
* Let others work in with you if possible. Be conscious of those around you.
6. CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.
* Wipe down all equipment after use.
* Don't leave sweat, chalk, or equipment behind.
* If you make a mess, clean it up-- completely.
* Wash your hands after using the bathroom, shouldn't have to be said but here we are. This space is shared by many. Don't be gross.
* Wear deodorant. Don't be that person that stands out for the wrong reasons.
* Keep the kitchen, coolers, fridge, microwave, tables, lounge, lockers, bathrooms, etc. Clear! If you use a space, make sure it is clean before you leave. Be responsible.
7. DRESS LIKE YOU BELONG
* Gym apparel only. No jeans, sandals, boots or casual wear.
* Keep it clean, functional, and professional.
* If it's offensive or sloppy, change it.
* Look the part, feel the part, perform the part.
* Be conscious of zippers, accessories, or add ons to your apparel. It can cause tears or rips to the upholstery of our equipment.
SHIRTLESS LIFTING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. KEEP YOUR SHIRT/TANK/PANTS/CLOTHES ON ON THE GYM FLOOR. TIME AND PLACE.
8. RERACK, CLEAN UP, OR PAY UP
* Failure to re-reck your weights will result in a $20 charge for each violation. This will be enforced. If this is a problem for you, you're likely the one not re-racking your weights.
* Failure to properly dispose of (but not limited to) trash, paper towels, wrappers, bottles, cans, etc. will result in a $20 charge. This will be enforced.
* No excuses. No reminders. If you're strong enough to lift it, you're responsible for putting it back.
* This is a professional environment. Act accordingly.
* We will not clean up after you and it should not be anyone else's responsibility but your own. Other members are also not responsible for your mess. Termination and additional charges will be the result of this if it is an ongoing issue.
9. YOU REPRESENT THIS SPACE. YOU REPRESENT OUR GYM. YOU REPRESENT OUR COMMUNITY.
* ACT LIKE IT!! --ON AND OFF THE GYM FLOOR. You represent this community and the culture we are building. Have pride in your last name and the actions you're doing while you're here and in the community.
* Violations result in suspension or termination. No warnings.
* Be the standard others rise to meet.
10. RESPECT OUR EQUIPMENT. PERIOD.
* Do not put weights on upholstery or leaning up against equipment. Weights can rip the leather and sitting weights against the frames can cause damage. Do not stand, step, or walk on the upholstery of equipment.
* Do not abuse, slam, drop, bounce, let go of handles, or anything else that can cause damage to our equipment. This will result in immediate termination. Zero questions. This equipment is designed to be used not abused.
11. PERFORMANCE OVER EGO. LEAVE THE EGO AT THE DOOR.
* Chase progress. Not attention.
* Do not lift what you can't control. Ever.
Chalk, Belts, Straps - use what enhances your training, not your image.
* Do not under any circumstance feel the need to get in the way of other members to occupy mirror space to pose in between sets for attention. If you're training the way you should be, this is not a thing.
* Time and place for posing and posing properly.
12. GYM ETIQUETTE/TRIPODS/FILMING
* Do not stand right in front of the dumbbell racks. Get your dumbbells and stand back before beginning your exercise. There should be plenty of space for members to retrieve dumbbells from the rack at any time. Be conscious or your space and not being in the way of others in front of the dumbbell racks.
* FILMING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND USE OF TRIPODS ARE PERMITTED WITH CONDITIONS. All photos and video must be professional, intentional, and not violate, burden, or disrupt anyone inside the facility. Be respectful and mindful of other members' space. Tripods must not be placed in front of gym equipment or in high traffic areas where they could hinder the use of machines. Filming or taking pictures of other members without their explicit consent is prohibited.
